Because of the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to a change of mind, scent preference, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gratitudescents@gmail.com.

We may request your order number, photographs, and other information necessary to evaluate the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to availability.
